چکیده
Digital X-ray radiography is widely used in clinical diagnosis. High quality chest conducive to the accurate diagnosis of diseases by clinicians. However, assessment images mainly depends on subjective evaluation doctors, and results are influenced skill level experience evaluators, involving many issues such as heavy workload various uncertain factors judgment. In this paper, we propose a method that combines image-text contrastive learning with medical domain knowledge fusion. Based pretraining model from text-image pairs, large-scale real diagnostic report text information fused, fine-tuned achieve cross transfer learning. While improving prediction accuracy algorithm, cost massive sample data annotation avoided. The local visual patch features aligned multiple ensure contain more fine-grained image information. Theoretical analysis experimental show algorithm based fusion triplet graph multi-modal has achieved good performance terms accuracy. addition, proposed paper can be easily extended complete other tasks multi-lesion segmentation disease progression prediction.

Background: Chest X-rays (CXRs) are traditionally performed to determine intra-thoracic injuries in all blunt chest trauma patients in Shahid Bahonar hospital in Kerman. As there are some disadvantages upon CXR and radiation exposure, therefore, this study aimed to evaluate the role of CXR in the diagnosis of intra-thoracic injuries caused by any blunt chest trauma. Me...

The chest X-ray is the most valuable imaging modality in the assessment of the neonate with respiratory distress. Whilst many of the radiological appearances are relatively non-specific, integration of the clinical features with the X-ray appearances will help the clinician arrive at the correct diagnosis in most cases. In a minority of infants, particularly those with a congenital malformation...

Chest radiography is the most frequently used radiological chest imaging technique and also one of the most challenging. The technical aspects of this imaging modality are studied extensively. New approaches to image acquisition and display have been introduced in the past decade. As a general rule, establishing the presence of a lung disease process on the radiograph should constitute the firs...
